We offer a 7 days money-back guarantee for all products purchased directly from Healthymia. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
